Frequently Asked Questions

Is it a tough operation?

A thigh elevator is a major procedure that will affect you for a while. In some cases, wound healing problems occur, causing recovery to take longer than expected.

Can liposuction also be done?

Yes, but limited. Extensive liposuction around such a large wound area increases the likelihood of problems after surgery.

How does the scar run?

Usually the scar runs from the groin across the inside of the thigh to just above the knee.
