Yes. This treatment is also suitable if you have only minimal breast development.

Can a gynecomastia be performed under local anesthesia?

It is if only some glandular tissue is removed. Usually, however, more needs to be done and you go under full anesthesia.

How long should I not exercise after a gynecomastia?

Intense exercise or heavy lifting is not recommended for the first 4 to 6 weeks.
