The causes are diverse and often not entirely clear. In any case, it is not true that all breast formation is caused by the use of muscle-strengthening drugs. Certain medications can also cause it, and sometimes it’s just in your build, often then in your family. Fortunately, there are several solutions. Depending on which tissue is causing the breast formation, liposuction may be performed, glandular tissue may be removed and possibly the skin tightened. Liposuction produces only a few small incisions, if they heal normally you see almost nothing. The same goes for gland removal, which is done through a crescent-shaped incision on the underside of the areola. Must wear a corset for 4-6 weeks to properly compress the skin and prevent fluid buildup under the wound as much as possible. You may move your arms normally but do not do heavy work or exercise with your arms for the first few weeks. You may also just shower. You come back for a checkup after 2 weeks and after 3 months. These are the regular checks but in addition, of course, you are always welcome if there should be anything in between.
